These terms apply when you preorder or buy 5Q: The Human Upgrade AI Can't Replace from the5qbook.com. The seller is Unicorn Leadership Global LLC, a Texas limited liability company, 3 Sugar Creek Center Boulevard, Suite 600, Sugar Land, TX 77478 ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Preorders and release date
A preorder reserves your copy before the book is released. Preorders ship on release day, no later than November 30, 2026. If the release date moves later, we will email you with the new date, and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before your book ships.
Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are set in US dollars. Checkout may show the price converted to your local currency, and the amount you see there is the amount you pay. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Import duties or local taxes charged by your country on delivery are not included and are paid by you, as explained in our Shipping Policy.
Payment
Payment is taken in full when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Your order is confirmed when payment is approved and you receive a confirmation email.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free on every preorder, to every country we ship to. Delivery times, customs and what happens if a package is lost are covered in our Shipping Policy.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can cancel a preorder for a full refund before it ships, and return a book within 30 days of delivery. The details, including your rights in the UK and European Union, are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Order errors
If an order is placed at an obviously wrong price because of a mistake on our part, or a product turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you, and we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Copyright
The book and the content of this site are protected by copyright. Your purchase is for your own reading and enjoyment. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute the book or this site's content, in whole or in part, without written permission, except for short quotations as the law allows.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered as described. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If you live outside the United States, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
