Shipping Policy

When your book ships

Preorders ship on release day, no later than November 30, 2026. We will email you when your copy is on its way, with tracking where the carrier provides it. Your card is charged when you place your preorder.

Where we ship

We ship to more than 230 countries and territories. If your country appears in the checkout, we can deliver there. A few destinations are restricted by US law or by our payment provider and cannot be selected.

How long delivery takes

These are estimates from the day your book ships, not guarantees.

Customs checks and local postal services can add time, especially in December.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by your country when they arrive. These charges are set by your local authorities, are not included in your order total, and are paid by you. Many countries charge no duty on printed books, though a local sales tax or handling fee may still apply.

Your address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email tricetheunicorn@gmail.com before release day and we will fix it. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once you confirm the right one; reshipping outside the United States may carry a postage charge.

Lost or damaged packages

If your book has not arrived 30 days after it ships, or it arrives damaged, email tricetheunicorn@gmail.com with your order email and a photo of any damage. We will send a replacement at no cost.
