This policy explains what we collect when you visit the5qbook.com, join the updates list, or preorder 5Q: The Human Upgrade AI Can't Replace, and what you can ask us to do with it. The site is run by Unicorn Leadership Global LLC, a Texas limited liability company, 3 Sugar Creek Center Boulevard, Suite 600, Sugar Land, TX 77478 ("we", "us"). What we collect

We do not see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your payment details directly.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers. Each one handles your information only to do its job for us.
- Stripe runs our checkout and processes payments. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Supabase hosts the database that holds the updates list and order records, on servers in the United States.
- Resend delivers our emails and keeps the list of people who receive updates, on servers in the United States.
- Framer hosts this website.
- Postal and courier services receive your name and shipping address to deliver your book. We pack and ship every order ourselves.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Our legal basis (for readers in the UK and European Union)
We send updates because you asked for them, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. We use order details because we need them to fulfill your purchase. We keep some records because tax and accounting law requires it.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from updates at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying and asking us to remove you. Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and we will respond within 30 days.
If you live in the UK or European Union, you also have the right to object to our use of your information, to restrict it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You may complain to your local data protection authority; in the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office. If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have the right to know, correct and delete your information, and we will never treat you differently for asking. Canadian readers may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our providers store information in the United States. If you write to us from another country, your information will be transferred there. Where the law requires it, we rely on our providers' standard contractual protections for these transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep your updates subscription until you unsubscribe, then delete it within 30 days. We keep order records for seven years, as tax law requires.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date. If a change is significant, we will tell subscribers by email.
