You can cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before your book ships. After it ships, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.
Cancelling a preorder
Email tricetheunicorn@gmail.com from the address you ordered with, and say you would like to cancel. We will refund the full amount within 5 business days of your request. Stripe returns the money to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Returning a book after delivery
If you change your mind, email tricetheunicorn@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Send the book back unused and in the condition you received it, to Unicorn Leadership Global LLC, 1801 E. 51st Street, Suite 365-210, Austin, TX 78723. You pay the return postage. We refund the price of the book within 14 days of receiving it back.
Damaged, defective or wrong copies
If your copy arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is the wrong edition, email tricetheunicorn@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you do not need to send the book back.
Readers in the UK and European Union
You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your book, without giving a reason. To use it, email us a clear statement that you are cancelling. Return the book within 14 days after that, and we will refund the book within 14 days of receiving it, or of your proof that you sent it. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the consumer law where you live.
Currency
If you paid in your local currency, your refund is made in that same currency at the exchange rate used when you paid, so you get back what you were charged.
